Description

The TCC08 is a Thermocouple-to-CAN interface module that connects up to eight Type-K thermocouples and transmits temperature values via CAN bus, or monitors them wirelessly on a smartphone or PC. All measurements are cold junction compensated with a measuring range of 0 to 1250°C (32 to 2282°F) at 0.25°C resolution (14-bit), and accuracy to a maximum 2% deviation.

  • The TCC08 EGT to CAN module allows you to connect up to eight Type-K thermocouples and send the values ??via CAN bus and/or monitor them directly on your wireless enabled device.
  • Type-K thermocouples are suitable for various applications such as measuring exhaust gas temperature (EGT), temperatures before/after the intercooler, turbo housings, cylinder head temperatures, water temperature, oil temperature and more.   • The TCC08 features a four-pin DTM connector for CAN/power and miniature K-sockets. It is pin compatible with Links standard CAN pinout and CAN cables range. CAN 2.0A/B standard is supported with flexible configuration.
  • Wireless connectivity allows you to configure and update your module via smartphone or PC and query the current temperature and thermocouple status.
