RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations

Once an order is processed cancellations will generally not be accepted. We are able to offer a cancellation if a product is not available or in other extenuating circumstances only and will be subject to  a 15% cancellation fee. In the event a product has been ordered from a supplier however a cancellation will not be accepted.

REturns

Returns will only be accepted in the event of a faulty or damaged product, if a product is incorrectly shipped or if a product is different than described. We are able to accept returns in extenuating circumstances only and will be subject to  a 15% restocking fee, plus any additional costs associated with shipping or repackaging. Exchanges (in the event of an incorrect product being purchased) are possible by request only and may be subject to restocking and/or shipping and repackaging fees, however in the event a product has been ordered from a supplier  a return or exchange will generally not be accepted.

In the event of a faulty or damaged product Car Mods Australia will offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with ACCC guidelines. The return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser.

WARRANTY 

We are an authorised distributor for all brands and any manufacturer warranty is passed onto the original purchaser of any product. We will also discuss warranty/returns with the supplier making the whole process as smooth and easy as possible. Unfortunately we are not able to warrant any items that we deem to have been misused, altered, abused or not used for their intended purpose. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify the part prior to installation and it’s installed correctly. Once it has been used, we cannot offer a return.
