TOLL/TNT ships goods Australia wide and we use FEDex to ship internationally. At this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us via live chat, email or phone to enquire about an international order.
We have a wide range of payment options available to make it as easy as possible for you to finalise your order. Our online checkout system accepts credit cards (MasterCard, Visa and Amex) payments. We also now accept PayPal and Direct deposits are also available if preferred. We also accept cash on pick up in store at Ashmore, QLD.
Our new state of the art responsive website is also our stock control system. This means that the stock is instantly updated as sales are made. You can be sure that if its in stock online, we will ship your order immediately. We ensure that all products in stock are posted within 1 working day of receipt of an order. An automated email will be sent to your email confirming shipping and tracking information once the order has shipped. Any orders including a backordered product will ship out in full once all products are in stock. To arrange a split delivery please contact us. To check ETA of backordered products you can log into your account on our website and clicking on your outstanding orders. We will also email you updates as timing is updated. We endevour to ship all orders within 7 days.
We know that no-one likes to pay for excessive postage. This is why we have spent considerable time negotiating the best possible rates for our customers. We have flat rate shipping of $14.75 per order per shipment.

All pricing on the website is inclusive of GST. We believe this is the easiest and fairest way to display product prices.
Returns and Warranty
Not all items purchased from CMA can be returned for a refund. Items that are not in stock in the Car Mods Australia warehouse that need to be ordered form an international supplier cannot be returned.
All other items that are available for return will attract a 15% Return Fee when refunding via your original purchase method. You can opt to instead receive store credit applied to your customer account for 100% of the original purchase price.
Please note any products that have been opened, test fitted, damaged, packaging or contents lost or damaged will NOT be accepted for return.
Please also note shipping costs in your original purchase will not be refunded.
Due to the associated transactional costs from the use of Afterpay and Zip Money, any order cancelled using either payment method will attract a 6% processing fee. Swapping to another product with Car Mods Australia will not attract any cancellation fee. Please note that cancellation fees if applicable is added to the return fee.
HOW do I return my purchased item?
Firstly you will need to contact CMA by phone, email or live chat to require a return for your item. If CMA approves your return request you will be provided with an RMA number. Use this as your reference number in all future communication with CMA regarding your return.
Once you are given an RMA number by CMA you will then be responsible for shipping the item back to CMA. Ensure you use a courier service with tracking capabilities and insurance options. Ensure the item is packaged well and securely and will not deteriorate or get damaged. The item must be returned in perfect original condition including its original packaging for a return to complete. Affix the RMA Number and our address 10/19 Expo Court, Ashmore Qld 4214 to the package.
WHEN will the refund be applied?
Upon receiving the item CMA will process the return within 48 hours. Once completed you will be advised of the return approval status.
Once approved for refund your selected refund method will be processed.
We are an authorised distributor for all brands and any manufacturer warranty is passed onto the original purchaser of any product. We will also discuss warranty/returns with the supplier making the whole process as smooth and easy as possible. Unfortunately we are not able to warrant any items that we deem to have been misused, altered, abused or not used for their intended purpose. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify the part prior to installation and it’s installed correctly. Once it has been used, we cannot offer a return.

We shall have no responsibility or liability for the timeliness, deletion, failure to store, inaccuracy, or improper delivery of any data or information.
