Description

The petrol V8 engine in the UZJ100 Series Landcruiser wagon is shackled by the factory exhaust system, which masks the beautiful V8 note of the motor. The standard manifolds are horribly small and restrictive, and one glance could tell you that there are significant gains to be had by installing some high-flow extractors, catalytic converters, and a cat-back exhaust system.

If you are supercharging your Landcruiser, as many UZJ100 owners have done, an upgraded exhaust system is a must if you are to obtain the maximum performance increases.

On a stock vehicle, doing the full exhaust system will lead to approximately a 10% gain in power and torque, and an average reduction in fuel consumption of 1 – 2L/100km. Not to mention, the exhaust note will have a great V8 sound, while in-cab drone is minimised by the dual muffler design of the cat-back exhaust.

Our cat-back exhaust system is also designed to bolt to the standard catalytic converters, so you can get the great sounding V8 note without having to upgrade your headers and cats. Of course, many people do the cat-back upgrade first, and then later on upgrade the headers and cats – the complete kit doesn’t have to be installed all at one time.

Like all Manta exhaust systems, the UZJ100 system is available in stainless steel for maximum longevity in all conditions.
