Description

Mantic Track Twin Ceramic Cushioned Sprung Clutch Kit

Mantic Track Multiplate clutch kits are made to circumvent the normal restrictions facing a single plate kit by increasing the effective surface area available. Where a single plate system will strain a vehicle's hydraulic system at a certain point, the engineering in Mantic multi-plate systems supplies a large torque capacity increase without the drawback of decreasing the clutch's effective service life.

This Mantic Track Twin clutch kit has been designed with driveability in mind, supplying a considerable increase in torque over OE systems without encroaching on the clutch's ability to shift smoothly between gears.

Mantic clutch kits also feature an aluminium track cover assembly which significantly reduces the moment of inertia (MOI) that acts on crank rotation mass. The lightweight construction of the assembly cover means your vehicle accelerates more easily and smoothly.

Owing to the cerametallic friction material on both sides of the clutch plate, this system reduces street driveability, increases torque capacity and results in a more sudden clutch engagement when compared to organic alternatives. This kit does however include cushioned segments and a sprung hub to retain a reasonable level of street driveability.
